A Three Day short break: costs just £150 per room; additional days are charged at = £50 per room per night This year, our Bargain Breaks deal has been expanded to include April and May so that the green fingered can come and gorge themselves in our 'Gorgeous Cornish Gardens' believe me, there are more than you can shake a spade at; (don't forget to bring your own 'wellies') This is the best value we have ever offered so book early to avoid disappointment
Charges include anything you might choose from the “help yourself” breakfast selections, hot and cold drinks and use of any facilities provided.
GROUP BOOKINGS; if two or more rooms are booked at the same time eg;Golf, Fishing or Wedding parties, the lower tariff applies.
If you are looking for a longer term stay, e.g. job relocation, or just need to get away from it all for a month, we are willing to negotiate mutually agreeable terms.

Special offers and late reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking All other reservations are not accepted or honoured unless a £50 deposit has been received, but this will be refunded, less a £5 administration fee if, for unforeseen circumstances, you have to cancel up to 28 days before arrival date.
